I’m Joseph McKenna — a growth marketer, strategist, and storyteller with 12+ years of experience scaling startups and transforming enterprise growth engines with data-driven precision and GTM systems.

I’ve helped AI-powered companies and high-velocity brands unlock millions in ARR, activate new markets, and build brand systems that actually convert. My background spans management consulting, analytics, and media strategy with Mindshare (WPP), OMD (Omnicom Media Group), and EY-Parthenon now blended with my Executive MBA at UCLA Anderson and advisory work for InterGroup Mining.

Before consulting, I successfully bootstrapped and sold my own eCommerce startup, inspired by Tim Ferriss’ 4-Hour Workweek — back when dropshipping was still cool. That experience taught me how to build lean, scalable systems and spot signal through the noise.

My work has been published in TechCrunch and cited across major outlets covering growth, startups, and marketing.

But I’m not all spreadsheets and funnels. I’m the youngest of five in a loud Italian-Irish family from Rhode Island; the tiniest state with some of the biggest personalities. (So, yes, I talk with my hands and my metrics.)
